Since 2018, o&i consulting has been helping Heathrow to identify viable process solutions to realise additional capacity at Terminal 5. As part of the T5+ programme, our team has been providing specialist process engineering support to enable the airport operator to make informed decisions about where and how much additional infrastructure is required to deliver more capacity, in many instances reducing the amount of additional capital expenditure needed.
